Windows 10: Cant see cursor on Windows 10, and I think this might have something to do with it

So, for the past hour, I haven't been able to see my cursor on my Windows 10. I've tried everything, tutorials, I tried restarting, shutting it down, turning it off and on, going to the settings app.. everything!! And I really need help, because tablet mode still works but I don't really think I can have my laptop on tablet mode forever. But then maybe 30 minutes after trying to fix this, I saw something flash up, and I'm not sure what it is its probably something really easy but I never really used this type of computer before so sorry if this actually just a really easy thing to do But finally, I caught it as a picture, and I'm wondering if someone can tell me what it is and if it has to do with my missing cursor. And if it does, if you can tell me how to fix it, that would be very appreciated!

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

cursor dissappeared

Thank you both for your prompt replies, I tried all steps listed, some I had tries previously but I still tried them again, but still no cursor.

Do you have any other suggestions?
