  1. Can't see files on a drive after power failure

    Hi everyone,First: Yes, I have a UPC. However, found out the hard way that the batteries needed to be replaced, which I've done.Anyway, one drive shows 450mb or so used, but it shows up as empty. Show Hidden Files is checked, so they're not hidden.I've scanned it for viruses, and Error Checking says that no errors were found.What can I try next?thanks!

    :)

    It is possible that the error Driver Power State Failure you received is can be caused by
    the driver itself or power settings.
    To address your issue, we suggest that you follow the steps shared by S M Mahmudul Hasan
    on this thread on how to troubleshoot Driver Power State
    Failure.

    Keep us posted if you need additional help.

  3. Laptop won`t shutdown, Driver Power State Failure WIN10

    I made an another clean install of windows 10, disabled everything, didn`t install any update or any device. Started shutting down pc for testing.

    First 7 times it shutdown perfectly under 10 seconds, then I tried restart, then shutdown again, shutdown time increased to 3-5 minutes. But no error was given, no power drive state failure.

    After that, I installed windows update, now I'm getting Power drive state failure error, and I found the minidump, here is the link;

    Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

    Thank you very much for your time.

    Driver Power State Failure

    Currently getting a driver power state failure on two identical machines. I've replaced memory & hard drive, reinstalled windows still getting the BSOD every few minutes. As suggested in other posts on this issue tried setting the power management to performance
    settings, and made sure none of the major devices are being powered off to save power. Updated all drivers in safe mode. BIOS is up to date. Clean install of Windows 10 so corruption shouldn't be an issue.

    Here's a link to the latest MiniDump files:
