Windows 10: Can´t see many photos in favorites folder

Hello, I have a problem that even if I mark many photos in a folder with a heart to add them to favorites, I can't see them in the photos in the favorites folder. I have tried fixing and resetting the photos app and nothing has helped.For example, I can't see this photo in favorites folder at all even though it is marked with a heart and this problem affects most of them.Thank you for your help.

No Favorites Folder in Photos App

When the Favorites doesn't show up, there isn't any photo added as favorite. But if the photos you marked as favorite are not in a collection on the photos app, you will not be able to see them in the Favorites collection.

To fix this, go to Folders > Add a folder > and add the folders that have these photos you added as favorites.

 

Folder in Favorites lost

Had a folder in IE favorites named xxxxx favorites with many items in it. Don't know what I may have done but it is gone from the list. When I try to create a new folder it tells me that there is one already there, but it is not. Any suggestion where I might find the lost folder or how to restore it.

 

Photos app - mass removal of photo from Favorites folder

Photos app allows me to remove only one photo at a time from its Favorites, by selecting it and then choosing Remove from Favorites. If I select multiple photos, even just two, and then click Remove from Favorites, no photos at all are removed from Favorites.
I have many hundreds of photos in my Favorites due to a wedding photographer, and I not want to use the Favorites folder at all.

Also: I am puzzled that Photos never comes up in Microsoft support as a category for getting help on. It is not listed in All Products, and I equally do not know how to categorize my question on this board. It is a Microsoft Store app....
