Windows 10: Can't see my replies to comment, or can't make a replies to comments of others.

    Can't see my replies to comment, or can't make a replies to comments of others.


    As the title says, for past week if not longer, I been unable to do any of the following as stated in the title. I can post a comment on a youtube video, yes, but if I were to reply to my own comment I would be unable to open it up to see it even when it shows that there is a reply to said comment. Or if someone else makes a reply and I reply to them back, the reply is visible at first but if I were to go to next video or reload the tab, the reply I made would be gone. I receive an update on chrome yet it did not do anything.

    Unable to reply to comments at YouTube.

    When I try to reply to comments at YouTube, in Chrome I get an error message about not being able to post the comment, and in IE I don't even get an error message; nothing happens.

    Obviously I tried the "try another browser" step, so what's the second step in troubleshooting this issue?
