  1. can't see my WiFi signal possibly being blocked

I have a Dell Inspiron laptop running Windows 10 Home. About 3 weeks ago the laptop lost WiFi connectivity to my work network and I haven't been able to connect since. When I search for WiFi signals now, I can see nearby network signals but not my own network. It's a three person office and nobody made any changes to the modem/router settings. I took the laptop to other WiFi networks I've previously connected to and can still successfully connect. few questions for you:

    • Which specific update was last installed on your computer? To check, click
Start, type Update, press Enter, and then choose

    • Which version of Windows 10 is currently on your computer? To check, click

    • Can other devices connect to the Internet through your WiFi without any problems?

    • If you move your laptop closer to the WiFi modem, does the signal improve?

    • Can you connect to the Internet through a wired connection without any problems?

    • Have you checked with your Internet Service Provider if there are any outages in your area?

    • What other troubleshooting steps have you tried, aside from updating the WiFi driver?

    Weak available wifi signals disappear

i require that i be able to see my neighbors wifi signal so i can geolocate, windows sees them when i first enable the wifi adapter, but after a period of time connected to my home wifi their weak signals disappear from the available network list.

i would like to find stop windows from eliminating the weak networks from the available list.
