Windows 10: Cant see "request refund" button in order history?

Hello, I forgot to disable automatic renewal for office 365. Today I realised, that I was billed for one year subcription (billing and order is not older than 30 days).

I cant see any options to request refund anywhere and support is closed over the weekend.

Please, does anyone have any experience with something like this?

I have followed the steps in order to get a refund for a digital game that i have recently downloaded yet when I enter my order history there is no option or button to request a refund. I have read over the terms and requirements in order to be eligible
for a refund (in which I am). Somebody please help.

There are several ways on how you can request for a refund depending on the type of item that you bought. If this is a downloadable software, follow the steps below:

• Select the Start button, then select Settings > Apps.
• Choose the app, then select Uninstall.
• Sign in to your Order history and select Request a return.
• If you don’t see Request a return, your item may not be eligible for a refund. See Microsoft Terms of Sale.
• When your return is accepted, we’ll issue your refund.

If this is a subscription from Microsoft and not a downloadable software, see Cancel or turn off auto-renew on a Microsoft subscription.

Once we’ve approved your return, we'll issue the refund immediately. Refunds are applied to the original payment option. It can take several days for your payment provider to process a refund. If it's taking longer
than expected, contact your provider first. If you're still having trouble, contact support.

Refund Button Not Available

I accidentally purchased a game through the xbox app on my computer and would like a refund for it. I tried going to my billing history and noticed there is no refund button there. Are there additional steps I might be missing to request the refund or
is there anyone from support I can talk to?
