Windows 10: Can't see Windows 11 device in Family Safety Account

I have a new Windows 11 device. I managed to add it on my own Microsoft Account but I can't see the device listed in Family Safety. The user is now set as standard and his account is login. How to be able to see Windows 11 on my family safety account?

Family Safety - add device to child profile

Since this is the case and you have ensured the settings are correctly setup in family Safety, we suggest that you sign in using your main account and remove you child's account from Family Safety list. (Refer to the image below for reference.)





After completing the steps, attempt to use the email address of your child to login to the computer and see if the same error message still shows up. If the error no longer shows up, we suggest that you attempt to add the account back then to Family safety.

• When you say that "It brings me to the family safety website alright, but it will not add the computer to the child account", are you referring of adding the device as trusted for the child account in the family safety?
