Windows 10: Can't seem to customize my MSN.com Homepage

Dear Microsoft ForumI am unable to customize my msn homepage. The settings cog only allows language change, feedback, or help. There is no tab for customize this page. There are no edit dots in any section. Meanwhile unwanted sections keep appearing and rearranging on my homepage. Why aren't the tools for customizing the homepage appearing?I copy-pasted this question from another user who had the same problem, - in 2022.A Microsoft Agent replied to this user and told him that this feature exists, but is probably broken right now.The issue persists until 2 years later.Is it ever going to be fix

Saving Customized Setting on MSN Homepage

When I customize my MSN homepage, the new settings will remain for a while, but then the settings are lost and it reverts back to the normal page setup. Is there some way to save your customized settings? Thanks. Mike

 

MSN Homepage appears at bootup

Hi,

For several days now I have had the MSN homepage pop up every time I boot up. It appears to be initiated by a call to open the page MSN . MSN is not my home page and I don't want to see it. How can I stop it opening? I haven't had any updates (due mainly to the fact that, currently, my computer is unable to receive them).

There is an old thread here which suggests an answer using Malwarebytes AdwCleaner. This and other efforts have been taken, but no luck.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to set the homepage on EDGE browser

• 
  Click on the More actions (…) icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the EDGE browser.
  
• 
  Click on Settings from the drop down menu.
  
• 
  Select A specific page or pages under
  open with.
  
• 
  Click on the option down to the
  A specific page or pages and select Custom from the drop down menu.
  
• 
  You can Enter a web address (which you want to set as home page) in the text box by clicking on
  + button.
  
• 
  Close the EDGE browser and open it again for the changes to take effect.
