Windows 10: Can't seem to delete these temp files! Need help!

So, in yet ANOTHER round of Windows related screwups and bugs...I can't seem to delete these junk files off of the Windows32 folder even after running it as an Admin....Well, i need to know if I can but, seeing as they are .tmp files I'm assuming I can on top of them being registered as junk files....Either way, I can't seem to do anything about them on top of all the other storage related issues this stupid string of updates has been causing....The Highlighted are the files in question that just don't seem to want to go.I. Need. Solutions. Please.

• Type "temp" in the RUN Command Window, to open temp folder and then delete the files and folders inside the temp folder.

If the issue persists, follow method 2.

Method 2:

• Press Windows key + R key together, to open RUN command Window.
• Type "%temp%" in the RUN Command Window, to open temp folder and then delete the files and folders inside the temp folder.
  

If the issue persists, follow method 3.

Method 3:

I suggest you to boot the computer to Safe Mode, then perform disk cleanup on Windows 10 and check, if it works.

Temp Files : Runaway Creation

Windows Temporary files are created by the operating system during the normal course of its running when there may not be enough memory allocated for the task.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to delete temporary files nad check if it helps:

Step 1

• Press Windows key + R
• Type temp and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

Step 2

• Press Windows key + R
• Type %temp% and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

Step 3

• Press Windows key + R
• Type prefetch and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete
