Windows 10: Can't seem to update a windows server 2022 21H2 with the latest security updates for July.

I have tried the following : -Installing the updates manually-CMD : net stop wuauserv net stop bits ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old net start wuauserv net start bits
