Windows 10: Cant select spatial sound

I have a hyper x cloud 2 my computer is hp omen 16 gb ram rtx 3070 8gb vram rzyen 9 5900hx and its running on windows 11 first months the spatial sound was working really well that i didnt even realised it was on then something happened and it turned off for some reason and i realised it when i was playing fps games i couldnt decide if the sound was coming from behind left front any direction. i updated the drivers their the latest i troubleshooted it didnt detect anything and windows is on the latest update when i go to properties of my device and try to select any format of spatial sound do

The Spatial Sound feature is available in Windows 10 but by default, it has been disabled. To enable it, follow the steps below:

• In the notification area, right-click on the sound icon.
• In the context menu, click on Playback devices.
• Select your playback device and then click on Properties.
• Click on the Spatial sound tab.
• Select the Spatial sound format you want to apply.

Spatial Sound

I followed the instructions but when I got to #4 spatial sound said off and there was no other info or any way to turn it on. I hit return to default but that did nothing. Please help. my earphones are off .
