Windows 10: Can't set Hebrew as windows display language on Win 11

HiGot a new HP Pavilion 14 Laptop with pre installed Win 11.I'm trying to change the Windows interface so it will be in Hebrew, however when I try to add the language in the"time and language" setting section, the option to add Hebrew is greyed out.see attached screenshot.Will appreciate any help with this issue.Thanks

Let’s try simple steps and check is this helps. Follow the below step.

• 
  Go to the settings and click on
  Time & Language.
  
• 
  Click on Region & language and click on
  Add a language.
  
• Select Hebrew, let the language pack install, click on the
  Hebrew Language pack and click Set as default.

If you are seeing Hebrew supplemental fonts and Hebrew typing
from Settings, it means that the language feature is already added on your device. However, to make sure that the full language pack is already installed, instead of clicking
Set as default, click on Options and see if it will give you an option to download the language pack and add a keyboard.

It is also necessary to look for a language that reads Language pack installed
to set that language as default.





If not, try uninstalling all the language packs/features using the Command Prompt and download it again:

• Press Windows key + X.
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
• On the Command Prompt window, type Lpksetup /u.
• Press Enter to open the Install or uninstall display languages
  panel.
• Uninstall the language (Hebrew).
• Reinstall the language again by following the steps on this
  article.

There's a possibility that this issue is being caused by an improper or incomplete language pack installation.

To isolate the issue, we recommend following the steps below to make sure that the Hebrew language pack is already installed:

• Go to Settings.
• Select System, then choose Apps & features.
• Click Manage optional features.
• See if Hebrew language pack is already installed. If not, click Add a Feature.
• Install the necessary language (including text-to-speech and speech recognition).
• Once done, go back to the Settings window and select
  Time & language.
• Choose Region & language and see if you can set Hebrew as the default language on your device.
