Windows 10: Can't set monitor to it's optimal 1920x1200

  1. Can't set monitor to it's optimal 1920x1200


    I've had my HP Monitor set to 1920x1200 for a quite a while now. It shouldn't be a Windows 11 problem, as I've had that installed for over a month. But all of a sudden my monitor is set to 1920x1080 and I can't change it to 1920x1200.Any fix for this?

    I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.


    • In search select Defragment and optimize drives

    • Click on change settings

    • In optimization schedule

    • In frequency select the options accordingly.

    I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

    Please follow below steps:

    • Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
    • Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.
