Windows 10: can't set scan to folder on windows 10 from HP printer M775z, one of the top of the line...

I would like to know why scan to folder feature isn't able to function. We have had printer and computer people try to help.

we can scan to usb, but not to folder or email. spent over 5 hours and 2 experts.

HP All In One Printer/Scanner/FAX J6400 series - Can't scan w/Windows 10

I have done everything that you have suggested and Windows 10 still will not allow me to scan. All my HP drivers are current and the HP online help process indicates that my printer is fine and online. Any other suggestions?

 

I have windows 10 and my printer is HP OFFICEJET PRO 8610. My laptop says it is offline What do I do?

• Have you installed all pending Windows and driver updates?
• Did you make any changes to your computer prior to this issue?

HP Printers will not scan or copy

I have a HP photosmart Plus B209 (wireless) and a HP photosmart C4180 (USB) printers that will not scan or copy. The first printer will only scan/copy out vertical lines. The other say Scanner Failure...unable to scan or copy. My computer has upgraded
from window 8 to window 10. Now my printers will not scan/copy. It will still print from the computer. I have installed driver and uninstall and re-installed them back. Please HELP me to get my printers to working properly. Thanks
