Windows 10: can't set up facial recognition, fingerprint or PIN in Windows Hello

Upgraded to Windows 11 and also Microsoft seems to be wanting me to use my gmail address now vs. my Microsoft Hotmail address for some reason, but anyways and now it won't take my PIN. And when I try to set up facial recognition, or fingerprint recognition in Windows Hello it prompts me for my PIN, which I finally deactivated due to it not working, but when I try to set up a new one after six characters in the field for my email it abandons the modal dialog box with no message, process just quits. So I can't set up three ways to log in.

Deleting Windows Hello Facial Recognition and Windows Hello Fingerprint

I want to delete both facial recognition and fingerprint in windows hello and just keep pin. How is this done?

Facial Recognition was developed as part of the new security features of Windows 10. We would like to confirm if you are
trying to turn off the Facial Recognition feature for Windows Hello or for the
Windows 10 Camera app?

If you are requesting to turn off the Facial Recognition feature for Windows Hello, you can follow these steps:

• Go to Settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Click Sign-in options.
• Under Picture password, click Remove.

However, we have yet to include the option to turn off Facial Recognition feature in Windows 10 Camera app. We suggest that you
