i have a hp zbook 14u g6, i had windows hello face before but after doing a full windows format, i cant setup the windows hello face anylonger and i have done the full driver update. plz help

I can't setup windows hello face recognition.

I have a new HP Zbook Power G9 mobile work station. I installed face recognition without any problems, it was working perfectly fine. Then, I updated my pc to windows 11 and suddenly I couldn't setup windows hello face anymore. The PIN and fingerprint are working, the face sign in not. I've already tried everything I found on the internet.

I tried:

uninstall and install device

uninstall biometric driver

update biometric driver

enable use of biometric drivers to log in

editing the group policy

switching to local account

deleting school account

changing / deleting PIN

run troubleshooter on camera

run troubleshooter on windows update

installing all the windows updates

Nothing has worked so far. Can anyone help me please?
