Windows 10: Can't setup the wallpaper with image that works as lock screen

Hello,I'm trying to setup an Cosmic Cliff image from Webb Space Telescope. I can notice that it has huge resolution Full Res, 14575 X 8441, PNG 124.71 MB. When I try to set it up as a wallpaper, my wallpaper changes to black screen shown in settings as single color, black wallpaper. However, when I set it up as lock screen, it works as intended. Any idea on how to get this beautiful wallpaper?

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to restart the computer and check if you are able to successfully change the lock screen wallpaper.

  From Desktop, right click and select
  Personalize.

  In Personalization window, click on
  Lock Screen in the left pane.

  And choose wallpaper you would like to apply for the lock screen by choosing the browse option.

Windows 10 Surface Pro 3 Looking for lock screen photo location

To find the location of Windows wallpaper images, we suggest following these steps:

• Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Windows\Web.
• You'll find separate folders labeled Wallpaper and Screen.
• Screen folder contains images for Windows 10 lock screen.

Windows 10 Lock Screen image as Desktop Wallpaper

Windows 10 when locked covers the whole screen with an image that changes periodically.

How can I make it so that whatever image is on the Windows 10 lock screen is also my desktop background/wallpaper? This of course means that when the lock screen image changes, the wallpaper should change to that too.
