Windows 10: Can't sign-in in to Microsoft Account "Oops something went wrong", "Whenever happened, it...

I got a lot of problems but one of them I've solved on my own, all tutorial/guide on the Internet isn't helpful even Microsoft, their own website. I got a problem with Windows Update and I fix it by adding Firewall rule to svchost.exe on Norton as I notice on Process Hacker the packet send/receive was droped.The second problem which I haven't or can't solve yet is sign-in in to Microsoft Account. As I normally sign-in, inserting Microsoft account email, password and current Windows password, the problem occurs and saying that "Oops something went wrong". Cannot Sign in with Microsoft Account - "Oops Something went wrong"


Hey there! So I've seen many posts on this kind of topic but none that have had the exact same issue that I'm having or none with solutions that seem to work for me so I'm deciding to post it here.

I recently was forced to create a new user account on my Windows 10 PC since old one got corrupted. This new one is a local account/administrator. When going to the account settings I then go to the "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead" option which works totally fine. I am asked to input the email of my Microsoft account and password. So far so good. After I do that I then encounter a screen that says "Sign in to this device using your Microsoft account". It asks me for my current Windows password one more time and says the next time I sign into windows I'll be using my Microsoft account password.
So I then enter my windows password and here is where the lovely screw up happens that says "Oops, something went wrong. Whatever happened, it was probably our fault. Please try again."

I've tried countless times and attempted to skip this page by clicking next and nothing. I can't use my Microsoft account at all on this computer it seems anymore. Anyone have some useful tips? I can post images of the entire process if needed in case something wasn't clear.

Hello, I'm using Windows 10 Pro version 64 bit and recently I'm aware that my taskbar and start menu doesn't work and I tired creating a new local account and it solve my problems. But now I have another question to ask about this, first I cannot sign into my Microsoft account at the Settings > Accounts. After typing in my email and password, Windows ask for old password and so I provided the password yet it says "Oops something went wrong. Whatever happened it was probably our fault."

Although creating an account does fix it , I was wondering since I created an account, I need to copy all my stuff like my desktop icons and so on to another account right? All these files wont be sync correct? So data like "AppData" , Itunes Music and so on will not be at the new account if I didn't transfer them to another account?

Is there any way to transfer all data to another account or is there any fixes for the taskbar and start menu?
I tried DISM and sfc /scannow , everything is not working, it has error saying iIndows Resource Protection c could not perform the requested operation.

Sign in with a Microsoft account instead

I do in fact have an existing Microsoft account and if I go directly to Microsoft, everything works. The problem is clearly at Step 7 of the process of, "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead." I don't know why this is happening.
