Windows 10: Can't sign in, no codes coming in email.

I am trying to set up a new PC. When Edge is open, the sign in button top right is highlighted in red. When I try to sign in it says it wants to send a code to my Outlook email. Unfortunately, no email is ever sent. I have tried this over a dozen times. I have Outlook open on my old PC and on my Mac. I can send email from my Apple mail client to Outlook on both machines, so I know the connection to the mail server is good. If I open Outlook on the new PC I just got a new Office 2024 license, I cannot open Outlook until I hit the send code button, which is not working. Has anyone at Microso

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?

 

Unwanted codes in email messages

Thank you for posting to the forum in regards to the issue you are having with codes included in your outgoing messages. This is certainly an odd behavior. At this point I have more questions then suggestions. Please provide the following details and
we will follow up with some suggestions.

• What email service are you using when you send notice these codes, Live, Google, Outlook Exchange, etc...?
• Are the codes attached to all of your outgoing emails?
• If you send emails from another account, do you notice the same behavior?
• Do you notice the same codes when you receive an email?
• When did you first notice this behavior?
• Did anything change at that time, a new service provider, a new email provider, an update of the phone, etc...?

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or if any new information comes to light.

Verification code emails not coming through

Hello

Appologies in advance as I am probably in the wrong section here.

I have just repaired my buisness laptop that now needs my bitlocker key.

I am logged into my old Microsft account no problem and the laptop is listed there but as soon as I click manage recovery keys I get a verification code pop up and the code emails are not coming through.

I still have access to the old email address and have tested it by emailing myself from a couple of other accounts with no problems but microsoft emails are not coming through????

Its an old Btinternet.com email address, 100% not coming through, Not in junk or trash or anywhere.

Without being able to recive the emails it looks like I cannot access the bits I need or update the email address without it taking 30 days.
Its my work laptop so I need to get it up and running a.s.a.p
Help please!
