Windows 10: Cant sign in - The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.

I reset my windows 10 laptop. I chose to keep the data After the reset the could nt exit out I thought reset failed then i tried again After reset again I couldn’t sign in. A message The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted. Plz help i cannot go safe mode it brings back same login screen I searched many videos no help

Hey William, thanks for the quick reply.

Can you specify what you mean by, "In either case, in order to logon as the local administrator when the computer is a member of a domain, you need to enter it in the format of .\administrator.

The .\ informs the computer to use a local account." ?

I apologize again for my technical vocabulary.

*p.s. if you intended for me to enter .\administrator into the username and password blanks, I did that and the same message came up, "The specified domain either does not exist or could not
be contacted."

i restored windows 10 to factory settings. when my laptop restarted there appeared winlogon.exe error. application was terminated and proceeded to administrator log in. However, I cannot log in with the message "the specified domain either does not exist
or cannot be contacted" what shall I do? please help

I reset my pc and kept files. It suddenly started to undo changes. So I reset it again, and it couldn't boot anymore. I reset it 3 more times and now I can't login. It just says "The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted" I tried
to reset it again but now there is no option to, I can't even login into safe mode, it gives the same message.
