Windows 10: Can't sign in to any microsoft app even in settings

Hey y'all, Came to make a new post in desperation for the seemingly unsolvable problem i've been having for awhile. Whenever i go to sign in to my microsoft account on any app nothing happens when i click the sign on button. I've used the troubleshoot tool for windows applications and just got a unfixable code for crashing. Besides that i've tried restoring, deleting the sign on info from the apps files, attempted signing on to other apps such as the console companion app and the microsoft store, and plenty more. Anything helps and i appreciate the efforts in advance.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

The error code that your are getting when adding an account is usually caused by the following:

• Your phone has an incorrect date and time set.
• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."

• Navigate to Start>Settings>Accounts.
• In the left pane, click on sign-in options.
• In the right pane select Never from the drop down list for the option
  Require sign-in.
