Windows 10: Cant sign in to desktop pc. Message “”Something happened and your PIN isn’t available.”...

i turned on my desktop today to see screensaver with message something happened and your PIN isnt available. Invited to use Password instead but i have forgotten it! It then goes on about installing a Password Reset Wizard.....but my computer is stuck on screensaver and i cant access the microsoft windows menu to initiate any sort of remedial work. Pleasehelp.

Remove sign in pin

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
