    Can't sign in to Microsoft store to purchase Windows 10 Pro


    I am unable to sign in to the Microsoft store to purchase the Windows 10 Pro upgrade on a new computer.When I click the "Buy" button it opens a sign in window, and when I enter my email I get this error: "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one."The account is a work account, and I am able to use it to sign into our 365 admin center and this site without issues. The other admin is also able to use her account to sign in to the store and purchase licenses without issue.I have already contacted 365 Support and Microsoft technical support by phone but they
