    Can't sign in to Microsoft Store


    Hi!Whenever I try to download amazon prime via the windows store, it pops up with "there was a problem on our end, please try again later." I've had this issue for a number of days and am unsure of how to continue. I can sign in on any other platform but the windows store just isn't working. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!
