Windows 10: Can't sign in to my laptop

Hi,I was having issues with my windows security and the solution i found was to run In-place upgrade in Windows 11,https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-run-in-place-upgrade-in-windows-11/4d469147-2747-4dcb-88a4-aae9273a4500 .I followed the instruction, after it finished and started i clicked on sign in and nothing happens, the pin doesnt show up.I tried again using safe mode but it didnt work, network on and off, plugged, unplugged. Last i checked everything seemed to be up to date.I was looking a way that doesnt require me to lose all of my dta and apps.Laptop spe

Hi,

About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in options.
• On the right side, you will see required sign in.
• Change it to Never.
