Windows 10: Can't sign in to Windows 11

Recently, I successfully upgraded to Windows 11. Everything was fine, until I changed the default Windows account to use my new Microsoft account. They offered me to create Windows Hello PIN, but I didn't input anything and just clicked "Next". The account was changed successfully.However, after restarting my computer, I can't sign in to Windows anymore. I just see the lock screen with my account name on it and the "Sign in" button below. When I click "Sign in", nothing happens, I keep seeing the lock screen and the "Sign in" button.I tried to start the system in the "Safe mode with networking

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

For Windows store issue you may refer the following suggestion:

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.
