Windows 10: Cant sign in with laptop- recovery isnt useful/not working

Hi, I have a fairly new laptop, and set it up with fingerprint sign-in, pin i had forgotten, and I cant change pin settings due to a second school email on the computer. The computer asked me for my pin on sign inI tried the recovery, and first it asked for my phone numbers last 4 digits as a revovery option. I put in the exact numbers multiple times and it didnt work. proceeded on to the email sign in recovery, but had forgotten password to that. the email was linked to my new laptopremember this later so i proceeded on to the forgot password for the email. it just lead me in a loop back to

Unable to Sign in Despite Using the Correct Password

Hello,

I have used the On-Screen keyboard.

It talks about recovering the account using a recovery link which I have done but after doing that it still doesn't work.

There isnt another sign in option, I have tried unplugging my internet to see if it will allow me sign in via the local user profile but it asked me for the last password I used which guess what? Doesnt work!

I have not enabled 2-step verification.

Driver incompatibility is one of the possible reasons why fingerprint sign-in isn't working on your computer. For us to further isolate and assist you better with this, kindly follow the steps below:

Step 1: Roll back drivers / use default drivers

• Open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start button and choosing Device Manager from the list.
• Locate your fingerprint driver and double click it to open its properties.
• Click the Roll Back Driver button.

This will install the previously installed driver instead of the one you’re currently using.

To go back to the default drivers do the following:

• Open Device Manager.
• Find your fingerprint scanner driver.
• Right-click it and choose Uninstall device.
• Check Delete the driver software for this device and click
  Uninstall.

Step 2: Update your drivers

It's often better to use the latest driver optimized for Windows 10, so make sure that you visit your fingerprint scanner manufacturer and check for latest Windows 10 drivers.
