    I have bought a game from Microsoft Store with my personal account and I'd like my children to be able to play it as well from their own profiles. I have tried to solve that problem, but can't because when I have logged into Windows with my child's account and try to go to Microsoft Store or Xbox application with my own account, Windows asks for Hello PIN code, but does not accept it. When logging to my own profile, everything works perfectly. I am at a loss what to do... Child's account is linked to mine via Family.

    Parent account - xbox

    i added my child to the family to allow app downloads but when i clicked okay after the terms and conditions it says there was an uknown error with the sight and i retried numerous times but the same message came up. on an earlier page it said you might
    have to accept the terms and conditions on the xbox account and so i tried t make one. when i made my xbox account i went through the steps and then it came to parents email. i put that in and it led me to the windows sight in so i signed in there as well.
    after it just took me straight back to the parent email page and it said in red 'Your parent will need to sign in with their adult Microsoft account to complete the registration process' but i had already done this so please help me!
