Windows 10: Can't sign in

So i got my son a new pc ipason gamer pc and a monitor z edge. he set it up and worked wonderful at first but he had to restart it and so he did and now it says his name, sign in and so he clicks it and it loads a background but nothing else but welcome so he clicks it again and it says sign in. we've tried ctrl alt del nothing we've tried turning it off and on multiple times and nothing. it seems like a bootleg version because it isnt acting how new computers act nor microsoft ish.... please help

Hi,

About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in options.
• On the right side, you will see required sign in.
• Change it to Never.
