Can't sign into a local account on my PC because of Outlook's login

Recently I had been having an issue with the user service "wsappx" which would eat up my RAM and CPU usage, following a tutorial I found in the Microsoft forums I was told to delete the "temp" and "%temp%" folder, then restart my PC and I'm afraid I might've missed a step throughout the guide that would end up rendering the alternative account on my device inaccesible. This is the guide I followed for referenceError de proceso wsappx, consume ram y cpu, crea ficheros temporales y - Microsoft CommunityJust for reference I have 2 SSD's neither of which I can access the memory of through filesWhi

    :)

  4. Can't sign into a local account on my PC because of Outlook's login

    Local account installation question

I'm fairly certain that Skip this step was available in 10.0.130 - the workaround in Step 20 (back button) is no longer required.

The currently known, as of 10.0.130, ways to create a Local account sign-in are
    • Skip this step at the MS account creation phase
    • No Internet connection during the install
    • static IP (post# 2 by Fragment) - New (to me anyway)
