Windows 10: Can’t sign into ASUS laptop

My daughter got a ASUS laptop as a gift. As I was setting it up. I created a Microsoft account. The laptop that she has main login is connected through to Microsoft. There isn’t a way to open the laptop without signing in. Every time I try to login it glitches and starts back from the main screen. Even if I create a new Microsoft which i have done 2 times already. The first time it was telling me She didnt have access because of parental control. But then i tried To give her that control by signing in as parent and the laptop still will go back to the main screen like i have not logged in. I’v
