Windows 10: Can’t sign into computer.

I can’t sign into my computer. It will not accept the pin, stated too many failed login attempts. It will not let me use photo I’d or my Microsoft password. It also will not give me my security question. I tried to start it in safe mode, I either did it incorrectly or that isn’t working either. Please help.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.
