Windows 10: Can't sign into Microsoft Store specifically

My Microsoft account was hacked and I lost years and years of hard work and achievements on Minecraft. Due to the account being closed by Microsoft because of the fraudulent activity I set up a new Microsoft account and re-purchased Minecraft java for PC. However, I am unable to sign into the store with this new account and it is necessary for me to be able to actually use Minecraft because it has to be linked to my microsoft account.Yes, my computer is up to date, as are all of the systems, my family member CAN sign into the store but obviously that doesn't solve this issue. I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.
