Windows 10: Can't sign into Microsoft store

I recently got a boot drive cloned and since then I haven't been able to log into my Microsoft store with any account on my main desktop profile. But if I switch and sign into my computer from my other Microsoft account there is no problem. I have tried repairing, troubleshooting, resetting, reinstalling, and even using sfc with no luck. I'm at the end of my rope and nothing more is coming from me searching around and messing with files. There are no other problems with any other Microsoft apps. Any Suggestions?

For Windows store issue you may refer the following suggestion:

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.
