Windows 10: cant sign into my windows profile

    cant sign into my windows profile


    hello today i went to turn on my pc to find that i couldnt sign into my windows profile i have two accounts on my pc everytime i try to click sign in it brings me to the sign in page for my other account over and over i have no clue ive booted it into safe mode and tried signing in and nothing has worked

    The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.

    Hello,

    When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

    "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

    User profile cannot be loaded."

    I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
    message,

    but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

    Any suggestions?
