Windows 10: Can't sign into One Drive Destop App

I recently had to do a complete reset of my PC and when I downloaded the One Drive App from the Microsoft store this happened. First it will take forever saying we're getting your account ready and then its says oops we're having a problem. Can someone please help?

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

How t sign out of xbox app

You may sign out to the Xbox app through its Settings menu. To do so, kindly perform the following steps:

• Launch the Xbox app.

• Select Sign In.
• Under Use another account, select Sign in with a different Microsoft account.
• Enter the credentials associated with your account.
