Windows 10: Can't sign into windows, nothing happens when you click login

Windows 11, brand new PC and windows newly installed. Had the main admin login, then tried to add another user. When I tried to click login to the new user nothing happened. After looking up troubleshooting I tried to boot in safe mode, now it happens for both users and I cannot log in at all. Sometimes after clicking sign in for 1 second it shows welcome with loader but then shows lock screen again.Have performed a system restore but the same problem keeps happening.

Ways to bypass the login theme and signin do not work

Tried setting netplwiz in option 1 step 4 which shows no check in users must enter ..... no bypass of login

Tried step 4 in option 5 below to disable require sign-on on wakeup via policy via registry but still no change on wakeup still getting the screen picture that requires hitting Esc to move to the sign in window which shows a silhouette image, my user name and a sign in button in order to access my desktop screen. Guess I will have to live with the extra steps.

Not Able to login

Please confirm the following things for me.

1. Is your system connected to the internet? You can check this through the network icon at the bottom left corner of your login screen.
   
2. What error message are you receiving when you login with your Microsoft account?
   

I would suggest you to login to
http://login.live.com/ with your Microsoft account and check if you are able to sign-in with your credentials.

If you are able to sign-in with your Microsoft account on the live website, you can follow the steps in this article to ‘Start
your PC in safe mode in Windows 10’, kindly follow the steps in the section ‘From the sign-in screen’ and check if you are able to login to your system.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

  Are you able to login to Microsoft Account on Web?

  Have you installed any language pack?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
