    Hallo,

    here's the problem. This morning I wanted to log on to my Windows 10 PC. When I entered my pin, the following message appeared: "This login option is disabled because login attempts were unsuccessful or the device was repeatedly turned off. Use another login option, or leave your device turned on for at least 2 hours and try again".

    However, I did not have a failed login attempt before and the pin I entered was correct. And yes, of course I switch off my PC!

    The only problem now is that I have no other login option and I have been running the PC for 2 hours. Then I contacted the Windows support via chat, but they are not able to help me.

    I wonder if you could help me.

    If that doesn't work, I'll call them tomorrow.
