Windows 10: Can't solve 0x8007042B 0x4000D error to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade from windows 10 to windows 11 on my PC. I have all the requirements filled to do the upgrade. However every time I have tried to upgrade it, after a few restarts it gets to the 91% mark and undoes all the changes. The reason for the upgrade not working is the error code: 0x8007042B 0x4000D. I've looked into all the solutions online, going into system configuration and disabling all startup programs and disabling all services That aren't Microsoft services and have done them all, but the problem still persists.If anyone could help that would be great, I've been tryin

To fix error 0x8007042B – 0x4000D with this tool, follow these steps:

1-From the Start Menu, go to Settings.

2-Now navigate to the Update and Security section.

3-On the left panel, select the Troubleshoot option.

4-Now select Windows Update from the available options and click

5-Run the troubleshooter button.

You should now wait for the Troubleshooter to scan the system for issues. Once done, it will list down the issue and the required actions to fix it.

Once the Troubleshooter has run, you may try again.

 

Windows 10 upgrade 1909 to 2004 failed with error 0x8007042b - 0x4000D

So, I still get the same error message after the rollback: Error 0x8007042b - 0x4000D The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation

performed the following:

1. all windows features turned off (as advised above)
2. clean boot per How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support
3. attempted the upgrade using media creation tool

a new set of logs uploaded here: Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

Error code 0x8007042B - 0x4000D

Hi, I'd need your help.

I've tried to upgrade my current Win 7 Pro-version into Win 10 Pro-version, but the error code appeared in the final stage of the installing every time:

Error code 0x8007042B - 0x4000D
The installation failed in the stage SECOND_BOOT because the error took place during the function MIGRATE_DATA

In the control panel, Windows Update-section has been called as error code 0x8007042B - 2000D and there weren't any solution for this error in the guidelines .

I ran the sfc /scannow in the cmd and there weren't any defragmentations.

How could I get this error code fixed ?

My goal is to preserve all my music making plugins & files as they are in Win 7, so I'd like to keep some of my old files (Program files/Vstplugins, Program files (x86)/Vstplugins etc.) from Win7 to Win 10.
