Windows 10: Can't start my main laptop

    Can't start my main laptop


    Microsoft decided to do an update on me without consent, and it ran while I was waiting to start a meeting. I waited for it to finish, and the next thing you know it will not let me continue without giving my email address and password. This is a problem because apparently the keyboard driver is not working and I cannot get in to the system to fix the keyboard, and I cannot continue without the keyboard. Is my computer just useless now to be thrown in the trash ?
