Windows 10: Cant startp pc after failed update, get the blue screen of death with error bad system...

So i have recently had an failed update, i restarted my pc while it was updating and i restarded it because it was stuck at 3% for an hour or so, when i tried to turn on mx pc again i had some disk checking thing and then after that it showed me the screen with my motherboards name on it, then showed me the blue screen of death with the error bad system config info

Bad system config info (Blue Screen of Death)

• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?
  
• Does the computer boot to Desktop?
