Windows 10: Can't Startup once I Inatall Via USB!

So, I Just want To Install Windows back after Staying Ubuntu for long time. But the Priblem that Message the followed the pictures:those errors about my USB. No, It's everything is fine but the Error or Something. I Just Install the ISO Files from Ubuntu via Unetbootin. I think the story needs to be shortern because my literacy and Happens the Involved. We need to be a Break and Respond ASAP!Sinecery,Me.

Thank you for your response.

As per the description, I understand that the Epson device/program is not compatible with the USB 3.0.

I suggest you to connect it to the USB 2.0 and check if the same issue persists.

I suggest you to disable and re-enable the USB controllers. The following steps will uninstall all the USB controllers and then re-install them:

• Right click on Start, and then click
  Run.
• Type devmgmt.msc and then click
  OK. Device Manager opens.
• Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.

Note: You might have to scroll down the list to find this item.

• Right click the first USB controller under
  Universal Serial Bus controllers, and then click Uninstall to remove it.
• Repeat step 4 for each USB controller that is listed under
  Universal Serial Bus controllers.

Note: Restart the computer. After the computer starts, Windows will automatically scan for hardware changes and reinstall all the USB controllers that you uninstalled.

Startup programs not launching on startup

Replying to Brink none of that works here is why- Step 1- No items listed in startup on task manager as stated. Step 2- I dont have shell:Startup on the pc as it cannot be located Step 3- I dont understand that option also the startup folder cannot be found Step 4- No apps showing under startup on settings Step 5- Dont have access to advanced options at all for any apps Step 6- Doesn't work. Thanks for trying - - - Updated - - - @dalchina, Will try the program now and no I have no suitable restore points and also nothing that I am aware of has been updated besides for Windows Updates but nothing major. WIll respond once I try the program.
