    Hi,I’ve received an unexpected Azure charge and would like to request a refund or billing relief. I’ve already deleted the associated resources, and I understand I may be eligible for a one-time billing adjustment.However, every time I try to submit a support request through:Azure Portalhttps://aka.ms/ContactSupporthttps://support.serviceshub.microsoft.comMicrosoft Answer Desk…I'm redirected in an endless loop, unable to access the ticket submission form. Phone support also appears to be offline.I need to speak with a human about this billing issue, but there is no clear way to do so.Please he

    Kindly submit a support request to the Azure team and the info is indicated in the link below.

    Sorry, I don't understand. I can see on the image you have posted there is a link to 'chat'?

    • Log in to Azure Management Portal
    • Click on the top right of the webpage, where is shows your subscription detail.
    • It will bring relevant option. Click on Support
    Now, once you have reached Contact Microsoft Support:

    1. Chose relevant subscription under which you are facing issue.

    2. Chose Support Type: Billing or Technical

    3. Then Country and Language as applicable.

    4. Press Create Ticket.

    Once you press Create Ticket , you will be asked to fill some relevant information based on your requirement and press Continue

    Verify your Contact Information on next page and Press continue.

    [*]You will Reach Page “Describe Your Problem” . Fill appropriately and Press Submit.

    You have reached the consumer support forum, and the issue you are facing is supported by Commercial support team. Let me point you in the right direction of support.



    As you are using Azure Portal and if you have a subscription of Azure then I would suggest you to raise a

    support ticket
    through Azure Portal. You can also get Technical Support through

    Azure DevOps Services support
