Windows 10: Can’t switch between work account & personal account windows 11 pro

Hi everyone,As stated above, I did add my work account Microsoft Entra ID and was able to log in using my organization email & password but once I tried to switch user to log in using my personal account info, wasn’t able to log in either email or password are false even though they’re both correct. Log in window at the beginning don’t show me all users on the pc at side corner & let me choose any one of them, every time I must type those informations.

How can I transfer a Windows 11 Pro upgrade from personal account to work account?

I recently purchased a new laptop for my business and realized once received that it had Windows 11 Home instead of "Pro", so I wasn't able to login using my work email account.

I ended up logging in with my personal account and upgraded to Windows 11 Pro - however I am finding out that I may have made a mistake in doing so, because I still cannot remove my personal email from the computer and login using my work account.

Is there anyway I can transfer the Windows 11 Pro upgrade license to a different account? If yes, how can I do so?

Any suggestions on how to proceed would be much appreciated!

 

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown
