Windows 10: can't switch wifi automatically

I am using windows 10 and I am using wifi to access internet. Usually, I can easily automatically login internet at home and office without typing password. However, I found I can't access internet without typing ssid's password. anybody know what the problem? how can I fix this issue?

If you have not yet tried this then you may run the network troubleshooter to check the status. You will be able to solve some problems by running a troubleshooter that will automatically fix some common issues with Windows Update.

Open the Network troubleshooter by following these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  View All.
  

Click on “Network Adapter” troubleshooter to fix problems with
Network Adapter. Follow the on-screen directions to run this troubleshooter and restart the computer to check if this helps.

Further if you have a WiFi router then suggest you to reset the router to check if that helps.

no automatic wifi switch back on option

what happened to automatic wifi switch on going from windows phone 8.1 to 10?

There used to be a pop up option to automatically switch back on wifi after a set time or location.

It was definately available in 8.1 but I thought version 10. I don't know when this valuable option disappeared.
