Windows 10: Can't sync my personal laptop to OneDrive

Hey everyone, OneDrive is driving me crazy at the moment, here's the scenario:I had a personal One Drive in the past on one of my older laptops. It doesn't contain any information that I want.Anyways, I have my new laptop, and I've been using it for more than a year now so there is around 95GB of files, and I want to use One Drive to be able to access my personal files that are on my new laptop from other devices like my phone, work laptop.But the issue is that when I try use One Drive using my personal email, it doesn't sync anything from my new laptop, but instead, only has those useless fil

OneDrive Personal Vault corrupt on Windows 11 Error Code: 0x8004100e

I already did that. A couple of times. Most recently, as follow-on steps to your recommendation to delete my Personal Vault permanantly:

1. Followed your steps to permanently delete Personal Vault on OneDrive web
   
2. On my laptop:
   
   1. Disabled OneDrive backups
      
   2. Unlink this PC
      
   3. Uninstalled OneDrive application
      
   4. Deleted OneDrive folder
      
   5. Rebooted
      
   6. Reinstalled OneDrive
      
   7. Logged back in and retried Personal Vault - same error
      

 

Windows10 Personal Files and Onedrive not Syncing

My Onedrive is not syncing my personal files. I have tried everything I know and find on the web, but cannot get Onedrive to sync. I even signed out of Onedrive and created a new account, but I did select the old Onedrive file and it processed 7,000 files with success. I do not want to lose all my files in my old Onedrive file by selecting and creating a new Onedrive file. On a trial save to my Photo file, the new save is not shown in the Onedrive file. Onedrive says it is up-to-date and all files are in sync but it seems frozen, new saves are not being synced across. Any clues please ?

 

Windows10 Personal Files and Onedrive not Syncing

OneDrive may just not be running on your system. Sometimes it behaves like that. Easy fix if that's the case. Go to Start>>Programs list>>OneDrive and start it up again. If it is running, the icon will appear in your system tray. Then click on the icon (may be right click, not sure), and select sync. I think it's called sync. But you'll know which one when you see it. Try that and see if it works, Kind regards, Christophe
