Windows 10: Can't synchronise Xbox Conroler with the Wireless Receiver

Hi. I'm pluging the Wireless Receiver into usb slot on my laptop. Then I'm pressing the synchronise buttons on the receiver and the controller. The lights are blinking but nothing happens. And the Xbox Controller does not work in games.Please help.Windows 10Asus Rog Zephyrus G14

Xbox wireless receiver (Code 10)

This kind of situations is mostly related to the drivers that the device needs to function properly. As for the error code 10, you can use this

link as a reference for a possible resolution for the issue. You can also choose to manually install the drivers by following the steps below:

• Go to Device Manager and double click on the device. Go to the driver tab and click
