Windows 10: Can't turn back on notifications for python.exe in Windows Notification Center

I was trying to write a script for toast notifications in Windows in Python2.7 . I was able to do that but at one point I accidently "Turned off Notifications for python.exe". After that, I am not able to undo what I did. I can't find Python as an app in the Notification center. But I really need to turn back those notifications. Please help.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

To stop action center notifications, I suggest you to follow the steps given below:

• 
  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.
  
• 
  Go to system.
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions.
  
• 
  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.

Odd windows notification

I haven't used my desktop for a while (3-4 weeks) and last week I installed a GTX 670. Still didn't turn it on though. Anyways today switched it on and found a windows notification to install my "system power management driver". I clicked it and downloaded AMD coolnquiet utility.

Do I install? Or just archive the notification.
