Windows 10: Can't turn off annoying notifications on screen before login on boot

I don't know what you call it, but when I boot up a screen with some nature picture background loads up automatically.

It has several annoying questions and notifications on it.

When I click on the mouse or hit the space bar my regular login screen appears.

I can then use my password and log in.


I tried to turn off all notifications through Settings, Display, Notifications.


All notifications settings are turned off, except for calendar and Google chrome. That's how I want it.


But those annoying notifications won't go away.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Turn off icloud storage notifications on Windows.

I have done this (the steps described above) and iCloud seems to be able to turn the notifications back on. In other words, when the system is rebooted, the annoying notifications from iCloud reappear. The fact that I went into the settings and turned off
these notifications-- including left-clicking on them/drilling down to specifically turn off everything-- seems to be meaningless.

Most annoying. Makes me want to remove iCloud from W10.
