    How do I turn off closed captions? After a "Windows" update, I am not able to turn this off . control+ winkey+L not working as suggested.

    Here's the steps to turn on closed captioning:

    1. Right-click or tap-and-hold anywhere on the playing video. A menu bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. If closed captioning is available, a CC icon will be displayed.

    2. Tap or click the CC icon.

    3. Tap or click the language you want to see closed captions in.

    How do I get closed captions turned on my pc? if I click on ease of access then on closed captions I get options but no way to turn them on.
